The private All Access 9/11 tour

The All Access day with nobody else in the group: your own guide for St. Paul's Chapel and the pools, then the 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory. It suits families with questions, and anyone who would rather not hear the story among 25 strangers.

Private All Access 9/11 Experience

About this experience

This is the private version of the All Access 9/11 Experience. The listing is clear that only your group takes part. You meet the guide inside the Oculus, on Level C2 by the L'Arte del Gelato stand, and the itinerary runs St. Paul's Chapel, the Memorial pools, the 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory.

The Museum ticket is skip-the-line, and the Observatory is included. The listing's itinerary gives the Museum only 30 minutes in a three-hour plan, which is short; most visitors need two hours or more inside, so leave the afternoon open. The tour ends back at the meeting point.

The price is the catch: $300 per person as the from-price, against $109 for the shared day. What you buy is time and attention. Reviewers talk about guides who answered every question and walked slowly for a guest's wife. One guest in December 2023 found the Observatory line was normal rather than priority, so allow time for it.

  • A private guide for your group only
  • Skip-the-line 9/11 Museum ticket
  • One World Observatory included
  • St. Paul's Chapel and the Memorial pools
  • Children 5 and under free

Tips before you book

  • Tell the operator in advance about anyone who walks slowly; guests say guides adapt.
  • Plan more Museum time than the itinerary's 30 minutes. You can stay after the guide leaves.
  • Budget extra time for the Observatory queue: one December 2023 guest found the line there was normal, not priority.
  • Children 5 and under go free with a paying adult.
